Located at the beautiful downtown Riverfront in Napa is Pear Restaurant Group’s latest creation, The Pear Southern Bistro. The restaurant and its cuisine were inspired by a 2011 trip Rod and Natalie took to New Orleans. The menu Chef Worth has created here is his homage to what he calls “southern comfort food” where our guests dine on a vast selection of culinary delights typically found in Louisiana and other parts of the Deep South. Abita Beer Battered Catfish and Po’ Boy sandwiches, Chicken & Dumplings, Seafood Creole and Gumbo Ya-Ya are just a few of the enchanting items to choose from. The atmosphere of The Pear Southern Bistro is further enhanced by floor-to ceiling windows and patio dining that both overlook the Napa River.
Chef Rodney’s Favorite: Bourbon Ribs – Pear-bourbon glazed baby back ribs with crusted peanuts, collard greens and smoked Gouda mac ‘n cheese.
